VIP Program Terms & Conditions

This agreement is between Sonicgrace Inc. (here forth called “the company”), and registered users (here forth called “members”). Members who register will be enrolled in the company’s VIP Program (here forth called “the program”). In order to stay in the program, members must follow certain requirements that have been outlined in this agreement. Members who decide to stay in the program, must agree to follow the stated requirements by the company and outlined in this agreement. If a member is found by the company to not follow through with the requirements, the company reserves the right to have the member removed from the program. The company reserves the right to modify the rules, requirements and benefits of the program at any time. If the program’s rules, requirements or benefits are modified or changed, the company will notify the members with a minimum of 30 day notice. The company will take every reasonable avenue to notify members of changes and modifications, and provide an avenue for members to opt out of the program at any time if they so choose. The company will take reasonable steps to provide the best benefits and opportunities for members of the program, so that members may enjoy and participate in the various opportunities the program provides.

Membership Requirements:

The company will provide stated benefits to members of the program, and the associated requirements must be met by the program’s members.

5% SAVINGS FOREVER RULES

The company will provide all members of the program a 5% reimbursement discount off of the retail price (not including TAX or SHIPPING) for the life of the program on Eco4life and Sonicgrace brand purchases made from approved marketplaces, online stores and other sales channels. Currently, authorized stores that members can shop and receive a 5% reimbursement discount include:

1) Amazon – Eco4life

2) Walmart – Eco4life

3) Eco4life Website

4) Eco4life APP MALL

5) Ebay - Eco4life

6) Newegg - Eco4life

7) Lowes – Eco4life

8) Wish – Eco4life

If a member returns a product that they have received the 5% reimbursement on, the company reserves the right to hold future reimbursement payments, discounts or preventing a member from participating in free product raffles until the credit has been re-paid. For members who wish to send their reimbursement back on returned products, those members will have immediate access to all benefits once the company confirms receipt. For members wishing to return their reimbursement for an order they ended up returning, please email eco4life@sonicgracehome.com for details.

DEEP DISCOUNT SIGN UP RULES

The company will provide members with the opportunity to sign-up and receive exclusive deep discounts on a selection of products the company chooses. The company will decide when deep discounts will be offered, and how many may be available. Additional details of the deep discount program are stated below.

1) The company will announce which products will be available in the deep discount program allowing members to review and sign up for those products. Once announced, each product offered will have a limited quantity and time period to sign-up. The company will provide those details when announced. Members who are interested in a deep discounted product will be able to apply and sign up for the product. The company will make the decision of who receives the discounts based on numerical order – the first to sign up, will be the first to access.The company may provide multiple product models that are available for the Deep Discount Program, and members my choose to sign up for each item that the company offers. If a member receives the Deep Discount, they may only receive it on 1 unit – if a member buys more than 1 unit of a Deep Discounted product, the member will only receive a discount on 1 unit by the company. Once the available Deep Discounted quantity and products are filled, the company reserves the right to increase the amount, or close the sign-up at its own discretion.

2) A member will select and sign up for an available item – if signups are full, the member will be notified that the item is no longer available. The company will contact members who have been awarded the discount and direct the member where to purchase the item, and the time period of when to do it. The initial purchase will not be discounted.​

3) Once receiving the item and using it for a short period (about 1 week), the member should be willing to do at least one (1) of the following actions:

a. Write a product review on the website/store where the member purchased the product from. (Product reviews are always optional and not required)

 

b. Create a Post – Photo or Video on Instagram or Facebook and tag “Eco4life” in the post and describe the member’s thoughts on the product. (Following the company social media account is needed)

 

c. If the member owns a blog or website – post an article review of the product. The blog/website must be approved ahead of time for this option.

 

d. Create and post a Video on Youtube of the member using the product and thoughts about it

 

e. Email and receive approval of a different idea that the member is willing to do

 

4) After a member has decided which option they prefer, they are requested to email the company – eco4life@sonicgracehome.com the option chosen to complete. Once verified, within 30 days the member will receive a discount reimbursement via PAYPAL or ZELLE, whichever option is preferred.

 

5) The company provides a normal discounted rate of 35% at any point for items selected for the program, but 50% will be offered for 48 hours for members who sign up within that period.

RAFFLE SIGN-UP RULES

The company will conduct a RAFFLE at its own discretion in terms of frequency, number of winners and product selection.

To participate in the RAFFLE, a member must be a resident of a North American Country, which include UNITED STATES, CANADA and MEXICO. If a member lives outside of this area, those members may not participate in the raffle at this time.

The company will email members when a new raffle is available with details which include:

1) Sign-up link

 

2) Products to win

 

3) Number of winners

 

4) Date of Raffle Drawing and winner announcement

There will only be 1 sign-up per member and a member may not sign-up multiple times. Duplicate entries will be deleted.

The company will conduct a randomized lottery of all member sign-ups to select the raffle winners. Raffle winners must do one of the following actions. Failing to do so may limit them from participating in future raffles:

a. Write a product review on a designated online store that the company and member agree to. (Product reviews are always optional and not required if a member prefers another selection)

 

b. Create a Post – Photo or Video on Instagram or Facebook and tag “Eco4life” in the post and describe the member’s thoughts on the product. (Following our social media account is needed)

 

c. If the member owns a blog or website – post an article review of the product. The blog/website must be approved ahead of time for this option.

 

d. Create and post a Video on Youtube of the member using the product, and the member’s thoughts about it

 

e. Email and receive approval of a different idea that the member is willing to do

NEW PROGRAMS & UPDATES

As new programs become available, the company will update and modify these terms and conditions. Members will receive notice by email when a new program becomes available and the associated RULES of the program will be announced as well as this page being updated. If a member or potential member has additional questions regarding the program, rules or requirements, they may email eco4life@sonicgracehome.com with their inquiry, and the company will reply timely to answer any concerns, questions or clarification that may be needed.
